VoB READER Sean Ryatt has a problem. Aphids. Sean loves to grow his own herbs organically, but his basil is under attack.

Sean contacted us over the weekend to see if we could help.

But everyone in the Voice of Byron crew has black thumbs… absolutely no talent when it comes to growing anything.

Obviously, there’s only one answer: put it out there to our 120,000+ page-views-a-month readership.

What’s the best non-chemical solution to Sean’s aphid problem?

9 parts water 1 part full cream milk . It works for lots of things can’t hurt the plant . It’s the acid in the milk that does the trick for a lot of bugs and very good on fungus . Good luck
