Two Tweed/Byron Nominees For Prestigious Police Awards

A TWEED/BYRON police officer and a volunteer have been named finalists in the NSW Rotary Police Officer Of The Year Awards.

Constable Rebecca Krilich was nominated for excellence in customer service while Margaret Kerr has been recognised for her outstanding volunteer work.

Rebecca is former Bayite Mick Krilich’s niece.

NSW Police expressed best wishes to all finalists on their website.

“We thank you for your dedication to the organisation and the community of NSW.”

“Every individual recognised as an award nominee or recipient has helped the NSW Police Force to remain strong and effective by forging a diverse range of partnerships with individuals, community groups, and fellow law enforcement agencies.”

NSW Police also extended special thanks to the Rotary Clubs of NSW for staging the awards.
