BYRON BAY’S Enova Energy is Australia’s first community owned renewable energy retailing and installation business.

Their Not For Profit division, Enova Community, is partnering with RED inc to assist disabled members of the community.

RED Inc and Enova have launched a crowdfunding campaign, details of which are:

NDIS Cost Cuts

With the NDIS rolling out in the region in July of next year, RED Inc is exploring all avenues of innovation and gold standard service delivery to the 200 local families we serve. And, part of our preparation is also looking to see where we can cut back so that we are in the best position possible to ride out the transition bumps.

As an environmentally conscious disability organisation the idea of cutting back on our large yearly electricity bill and replacing our dependency on fossil fuel energy generation with solar energy in this sub tropical climate makes good common sense.

And in doing so, we are participating in a global movement towards renewable energy!
