ARAKWAL’S DOLPHIN Dreaming leads the Byron Bay charge at the NSW Tourism Awards 2016.
Arakwal Bundjalung’s Delta Kay said she was extremely proud to be a representative to the Awards.
“My nephew Nigel Stewart and I are so proud to represent our Arakwal Bundjalung People at the NSW Tourism Awards 2016 in Sydney,” she said.
Delta and Nigel plan and deliver the Arakwal Dolphin Dreaming programs through the Byron National Parks & Wildlife Service.
Other Byron entries include Byron Bay Bluesfest, in the category of Major Festivals and Events, and Byron’s Ecotourism entry is from Byron Bay Eco Cruises & Kayaks, while the Adventure Tourism entry is from Lets Go Surfing Australia which has a branch in Byron Bay.
