BYRON HINTERLAND resident and Hollywood superstar Chris Hemsworth has thrown his support behind a fellow Byron Shire musician.
Civil Dusk is Bernard Fanning’s latest music release, launched two weeks ago.
The former Powderfinger front man saw his latest album soar to #2 in the ARIA Album Chart last weekend, only topped by the soundtrack from Hollywood film Suicide Squad.
Hemsworth posted the artworks of Fanning’s album on his Instagram account a week ago, post that has received more than 95,000 likes already, only a fraction of his 6 Million followers.
His post on his Facebook page reached 5½ million people.
