Chris and Liam Hemsworth Rent Broken Head house with Miley and Elsa
THEY’RE often spotted around Byron Bay and now the Hemsworth brothers, plus their beaus Elsa Pataky and Miley Cyrus, have reportedly taken up temporary residence at a lavish pad in nearby Broken Head.
The sprawling property known as Titijaru sold in March 2017 for $4.25 million and is now being rented by the Hollywood A-listers.
While the holiday home has been taken offline, it was last advertised at a price of $752-$1075 per night — roughly $7000 per week.
Once a simple piece of land included in a farmland estate named Palparra, the rural property was divided into seven lots, with the former owners being the first to snap one up.
On it they built this luxury four-bedroom property that takes in 270 degree views of the ocean and the hinterland before listing the property in 2016 and selling it in 2017.
Sitting on 10 acres of land the Palm Springs-style Broken Head home includes a swimming pool, a basketball half-court and stables with a dressage arena.
There is also separate studio accommodation ideal for guests or staff.
Inside the house has been carefully crafted and features smart glass and highlight louvres.
The open-plan lounge and dining room has a fireplace set in a stone feature wall and the entire zone looks out over the view. The eat-in kitchen has stone bench tops, European appliances and a butler’s pantry.
