BYRON BAY woman Alyse Cameron is still missing, even though her phone was used to text a family member.
Latest news at 10.30 am Wednesday Jan 31 was that a family member was contacted Tuesday evening from Alyse’s mobile phone.
Alyse’s father Neil Cameron says that despite receiving a text from her phone they still aren’t sure as to Alyse’s safety or her whereabouts .

Neil says it’s still a very worrying time and will remain so until Alyse’s whereabouts and safety are confirmed.
“I can’t express how traumatic it’s been for Janice and myself over the past couple of days,” said Neil.
“There are no words for the emotions we’ve been experiencing.”
“We still know very little at this stage, but we want to thank everyone for their concern and for the overwhelming love shown to our family”
“You are all amazing human beings.”
