ASK ANYONE: scoring Byron Bay accommodation during peak season – be it for one of their many festivals, NYE or Easter Long Weekend – is always a bloody shit fight.
In fact, you really have to book months in advance to find a sheltered snooze. It’s not very pleasant for last-minute kind of people (ie me), or those who have enough friends to make vaycays a group activity (ie not me).
So, during July 20-24 (do we have to tell you what major festival is happening during these dates?
The one that literally books out the entire northern-NSW region? Do we? DO WE?
Come on, you’re better than this) the folks at YHA are giving away five x highly covetable beds and yes, they’ll all be in the same room.
Just you guys. No strangers. But should you want to meet some, there are common areas to do so.
