MILEY CYRUS, 24, could be getting ready to set up residence in Byron Bay with fiance Liam Hemsworth, 26 after becoming short favourite to be named as coach on the next season of The Voice Australia.
Cyrus, who appeared on the US version of The Voice, is said to be top of Nine’s list of candidates for the vacant slot and has already held talks with the network in LA.
Regular visitors to Byron Bay, Cyrus and Hemsworth have reportedly eyed off a $4.5 million, 12,500m sq property adjacent to Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky’s home at Broken Head, in northern NSW.
Byron locals say Cyrus and her future sister-in-law have become very close, with Cyrus falling for the laid-back life her future in-laws lead in Byron.
Hemsworth and Cyrus plan to tie the knot on a beach Down Under in 2017.
Listed for sale by Byron Bay Property Sales, the compound at 418 Seven Mile Beach Rd, is known as Ardeevin and sits at the southern end of the Broken Head Nature Reserve, 10km from Byron Bay.
