Voice of Byron regular, Craig Buckley, warns us of one of the many scams on Facebook.
Craig says, “Here is a possible scam/fake profile alert.”
“Just got a friend request from this young lady in the USA who I have never heard of.
“Fact that she only has 4 friends and 2 of them are from VOB suggests a link. 
“
Voice of Byron assures Craig there is no link, other than the fact these scammers target popular Facebook groups in order to look legitimate so they can then spam the group.
