A CYCLIST has been transported to Byron Bay District Hospital this afternoon after a crash near the Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to the intersection of Bayshore Dr and Ewingsdale Rd in Byron Bay at 2.40pm.
The incident involved a collision between a cyclist and a car at the intersection.
Paramedics treated a male cyclist believed to be aged in their 20s for minor injuries.
The man was subsequently transported to Byron Bay District Hospital for treatment.
