ICONIC ARTIST and Bee Gees front man Barry Gibb has cancelled his 2017 Australian headline tour and Bluesfest appearance.
According to a statement released today by Live Nation, the cancellation comes on the back of “a change in international commitments”.
Furthermore, as it is currently not possible to reschedule the performances, all ticket holders will be fully refunded.
Bluesfest management confirmed to The Music today that Gibb will also no longer be taking part in the 2017 festival.
For Bluesfest punters, Monday single day tickets are available for refund now until seven days after the new artist announcement for Easter Monday has been made.
The news comes just weeks after fellow Bluesfest headline act Neil Young cancelled his own Aussie shows.
