SEAFOLLY has brought back Aussie supermodel Shanina Shaik for its latest swimwear campaign, conducting a fashion shoot in Byron Bay.
The recent shoot features the Victoria’s Secret runway star in various new season styles.
“It was lots of fun,” Shaik said of the shoot. “Byron Bay has some of the most amazing beaches that I have ever seen.”
The swimwear giant has featured international beauties in recent years including Gigi Hadid but this season has signed the local beauty as the face of its Spring/Summer 2016/17 collection.
“It was an honour to be chosen for a home grown Australian brand that I love,” Shaik, 25, told The Daily Telegraph.
Shaik has flown in to Sydney to celebrate the new range, and will be a special guest at a private event at North Bondi Fish today.
The New York-based model said she always looked forward to returning home and was looking forward to seeing friends and family.
“I always enjoy coming back home to Australia. Australia is my home,” she said. “I miss my family, the delicious food and the Australian people.”
