THE NEW menu at the Byron Bay Services Club has proved very popular. It was introduced to patrons last Friday night March 2nd.
Club Secretary-Manager David Green said the response from diners on Friday night and over the weekend was very positive.
“Waiting and kitchen staff have had lots of compliments since we introduced the new menu,” says David.

The new menu features lots of new tastes and head chef Glen Mason has kept the prices as low as possible.
As David explains, “Byron Services Club always strives to not only provide the highest, freshest quality food possible, but also to maintain excellent value for our Club members and guests.
Rolled Pork Belly and Oven Roasted Salmon Fillets are only the beginning of the exciting quality meals Chef Glen is serving up.
“I enjoy creating meals for our “Specials Boards” and enticing diners to perhaps try something new,” says Glen.
“I’m pleased to be receiving plenty of good feedback which is always nice to hear.
“For me, I know that you only get out what you put in – so our aim of producing good honest fresh food at a reasonable price is always at the forefront” .
