BYRON BAY husband and wife real estate team have sold Strop and Delvene’s Beach Suites for an undisclosed sum.
Scott Didier, CEO of the Johns Lyng Group, snapped up the iconic Byron Bay beachfront property along with another Watego’s Beach property.
My Didier said his approach to the future of the Ian Mackay designed Beach Suites will be “steady as she goes”.

Neil and Janice handled the sale of both the Beach Suites and the Watego’s Beach property.
Neil said as soon as Mr Didier found out about both properties he was quick to get in with an offer.
Neil says the Beach Suites are the premier holiday accommodation in Byron Bay with unobstructed ocean views, five star accommodation and within walking distance to everything The Bay has to offer.
