VOICE of BYRON regular, Jasmine Phillips, shared news about her and hubby Thor Phillips’ gig at the Railway Hotel, Byron Bay, tonight, Wednesday Aug 9.
Jasmine says, “Thor and I are doing a duo show at The Rails in Byron tonight,Wed Aug 9.”
“Our show kicks off at 7pm and we’d love to see as many old Byron friends as we can.”
Thor’s Facebook profile is headed, “Thor Phillips. Guitarist, singer/song writer. Blues, Country, Roots. Unapologetically original.“
What he doesn’t say is that he’s probably the single most talented country/blues artist ever to spring from Byron.
Thor and Jasmine will be playing Thor’s original songs, old and new.
Having already heard this exciting duo, we can assure all Voice of Byron readers that Thor and Jasmine’s sweet harmonies should not be missed.
