SYDNEY ROOSTERS forward, and Queensland Origin player, Aidan Guerra purchased an $830,000 Byron Bay home, according to realestate.com.au.
The property has been bought as an investment, to be rented at $850 per week, just short of the area’s average weekly rental price of $900.
The four-bedroom home sits on a 620-square-metre block, and features two bathroom and landscaped gardens.

It’s Guerra’s second investment property. In 2015, he bought a one-bedder in Queens Park, Sydney for $965,000.
Last month, Guerra signed a three-year deal to join the Newcastle Knights in 2018.
