Voice of Byron and KWIMABB regular, Ric Wilson, tipped us into this Daily Telegraph article about The Block’s co-host Shelley Craft’s $1.35 million land package buy on the Belongil.
THE BLOCK’S co-host Shelley Craft and her husband, real estate agent Christian Sergiacomi, each have a keen eye for property in their day jobs.
It’s a skill that spills into their downtime — this is a pair who more than dabble in the Byron Bay market on the NSW far north coast.
The couple have just secured a $1.35 million parcel of land on Byron Bay’s stunning Belongil peninsula. Craft and Sergiacomi secured a 650sq m non-beachfront piece of land, which is around 150 metres from the popular beach.
They’re now set to build a beach house, which they will likely use as a holiday rental.
The land buy came with $400,000 approved home design plans from 2014, but they have engaged architect Paul Uhlmann, who is also redesigning their current home within the town.
Greed, greed, greed and more greed!
