Voice of Byron regular, Lauren Brown, shares this important set of pix showing some very dangerous metal protusing from the sand at Main Beach, Byron Bay.
Lauren says, “I’ve just alerted the Byron Shire Council via message to a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the ground next to the stairs at main beach.
“This is pretty dangerous and could really injure someone if they fell on it or tripped over it – which my 18 mo son almost did!
“So take care in this area!
“Hopefully they take action on this soon. Dangerous and also a major legal liability if anyone was to hurt themselves…”
