Voice of Byron regular, local photographer Sera Wright, shared some very telling images of the parking and driving nightmare that is the Lighthouse precinct.
Sera says, “This is a normal morning at the lighthouse.
“People triple parked for over an hour.
“People who have done the right thing and parked on the designated car parks cannot get out and go to work/uni etc.”
Why is this allowed, why is there so much crime going unpunished, I see it every day were are the traffic cops were are the police who are paid to protect us, do they or the authority’s think we’re a bunch of dumb arse country hicks who don’t give a shit about our bloody town were we live and support and the disrespect we cop every day from tourist who would never get a way with this shit I’m their own towns, all so the so called homeless shit hanging and sleeping, begging drinking Piss then pissing and shitting all over town is it any wonder so many diseases and sickness that has been going round, this had been my home and my parents and there’s and to see what is happening to it makes me sick and very angry and I don’t give a shit what the bloody do gooders think of me because you are a part of the problem that is happening and I think it’s time if it’s not to late to start rethinking on how we can save our town, time to weed out the shit and those who are just in for the money, time to think of our future young ones who will have to live in a place of doubts.
