BYRON HINTERLAND Seed Savers and the Byron Region Food Sovereignty Network invite you to their community ‘Seed Freedom & Fair Food Celebration’.
The event will be held on Sunday October 23rd, 1 pm to 5 pm at the Future Feeders Farm in Mullumbimby (in the back corner of the Mullumbimby Community Gardens).
This local event will support both international and national campaigns promoting alternative farming approaches, new ways of shopping, and sustainable eating habits that all encourage consumers to use their purchasing power to make positive impacts on our society and environment.
Byron Shire locals are invited to bring seeds, plants, tubers they wish to share plus a plate of finger food. There will also be a Fair Food Bake Off.
