POLICE FROM the Tweed Byron Local Area Command have confirmed that a man has assaulted an attendant with a bottle at the Beach Hotel bottle shop in Byron Bay.
Police are currently looking at CCTV footage to piece together details of the incident.
Officers said the assault was being treated as a “serious incident”.
